Actually believe it or not no hair extensions would not be a good idea. Hair extensions actually tend to damage the hair. you will end up with even thinner hair by putting these in because they actually deaden and pull out hair. not a good idea at all. Try clips that are hair that hide within your hair b ut they are not attatched to your head.

Depends on the type of extensions you want...track would be easier to hide...the kind that they wrap and heat to melt might stick up and be noticeable.
