To make the hair grow thicker, cut or trim when the Moon is Full in the signs of Cancer, Taurus or Leo. NEVER after a Full Moon. Dec. 24 and Jan. 22, 2008 are both Full Moons in Cancer. Full Moon in Leo will be sometime between January 21 to February 21 and the Full Moon in Taurus is sometime between October 21 to November 21.
