i have got thin hair,i want to give waves to it.iam thinking of buying good perming product and do at home,i surf the net for it and it seems that i can manage it with someones help.
Can i apply the waving product at the end of the hair only, after putting of rollers instead of head root?
of course you can perm only ends. make sure that don't get end bend, all the end covered with end paper!
choose right size rod and watch process time!!
