Not quite sure what you mean by natural formula but you if you want your hair thinned out I would suggest cutting alot of layers throughout it.

Have it thinned out with layers. My hairstylist used scissors and kind of Edward Scissorhands-ed through it. Now, I wish my hair was still super thick... :(

Layer your hair, or my hair stylist uses this razor type thing that thins my hair out so it's not so poofy!
