If you mean by cutting it that is probably about 40-60 dollars but i am not sure if there is any chemical treatment because if you have thick curly hair you should blowdry it at night and straighten it in the morning or if you have straight thick hair you should probably use anti poof by sunsilk and use there cream to try to find many good products that can help your hair but dont try to over do it.
