its a tricky one, because once the hair is gone you cant put it back on. and doing it yourself your more likely to stuff it up.

but when i want to make my fringe thinner i just use a normal razor. scraping the hair downwards. do it really slowly, and keep watch on the hair that's shaving out, you dont want to end up with big chunks missing. its so easy to get carried away lol.

Unless you have a really thick head of hair which is kinda hard to maintain the yea ok use the razor combs but be very careful, infact id go hairdressers thats where i had mine thinned out...
