yes O M G yes. u'll damage ur hair so much u will cause it to break off (worst and most likely case scenario) off close to the root or scalp.

you wait at least 2 wks before doing any chemical processes.

NOT TRUE always highlight then wait about two weeks or so then perm and make sure to moisturize hair in between clients like you are the best chemical dependent

Its a risk. BUT if you wait a bit like a few weeks to color your hair you'll be allright. Doing multiple things like that to your hair isnt good for the condition of it but nothing is good for your hair color/perm wise. Go ahead and do it, but let a professional do it.
